Standhardinger encouraged to ‘remain positive’ by Jarencio in first NorthPort practice

CHRISTIAN Standhardinger officially joined the NorthPort family by going to Wednesday’s training at the Greenmeadows rec center where he was heartily invited by his new colleagues.

The previous San Miguel huge man appeared for training a day after the exchange that sent him to NorthPort in return for individual No. 1 pick Mo Tautuaa was affirmed by the PBA Commissioner’s Office.

By chance, Standhardinger’s first game as a NorthPort cager will be against San Miguel on October 23.

The Fil-German played for five gatherings with the Beermen, winning two titles with the group. Be that as it may, his playing time declined in the previous couple of gatherings as he played behind June Mar Fajardo just as import Chris McCullough during the Commissioner’s Cup.
